Census Bureau reports Carnuel population was 1,801 in 2017

Carnuel had a population of 1,801 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the New Mexico Business Daily.

Carnuel is a census-designated place in New Mexico. The median age of Carnuel residents was 48, with 47.1 percent of the total population being female and 52.9 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 2,084,828.
