Census Bureau reports Black Rock population was 1,626 in 2017


Black Rock had a population of 1,626 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the New Mexico Business Daily.

Black Rock is a census-designated place in New Mexico. The median age of Black Rock residents was 25, with 51.2 percent of the total population being female and 48.8 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 2,084,828.
